On October 30, 2023, RSA published policy guidance titled, Promoting Meaningful and Sustained Engagement of Individuals with Disabilities in the State Vocational Rehabilitation Services Program [rsa.ed.gov] (RSA-TAC- 24-01) on engaging individuals in the VR process.

In Fiscal Year 2023, RSA provided nearly $200 million in new discretionary grants to fund programs to help maximize employment, independence & integration of individuals with disabilities into the community & the competitive labor market. In Fiscal Year 2023, OSEP provided more than $110 million in new discretionary grants to fund programs that help educate children and youth with disabilities and improve results for children with disabilities ages birth through 21. Read more in OSERS Blog [lnks.gd].
